One Week One Lab (OWOL)
ABOUT OWOL:
One Week One Lab, a theme-based campaign of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) is being organized to ignite the minds of young innovators, students, start-ups, academia ad industry to look for opportunities through deep tech ventures. Under this program various Institutes of CSIR, one after the other in every successive week, will show case their exclusive innovations and technological breakthroughs to the people of India.
CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi is organizing Industrial Meet on 24th, 27th and 28th July, 2023 at CECRI Karaikudi, CECRI-Chennai Unit, Chennai and Madurai respectively.
OBJECTIVE:
In the One Week One Lab Campaign, various institutes of CSIR one after the other, every successive week, will showcase their exclusive innovations and technological breakthroughs to the people of India.
PARTICIPATION:
Each of the 37 premier Laboratories/Institutes of CSIR spread across the country will participate in the CSIR’s One Week One Lab Campaign.
PARENT MINISTRY:
One Week One Lab Campaign is being organized under overall guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Science & Technology.
ABOUT CSIR-CECRI:
CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) is one of the national laboratories under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), India. A number of investigations are run in collaboration with laboratories from within and outside India.
Agencies that tap CSIR-CECRI's expertise include small and big private industrial houses as well as government agencies such as atomic energy, defence, environment, space, surface transport, and ocean development. Apart from engaging in basic and applied research, CSIR-CECRI assists the industry by conducting surveys and undertaking consultancy projects.
